How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is $10 and Express delivery is $15 for Australian orders.
International orders are $25 flat rate. Please note that some countries may charge additional custom fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. In the event that the parcel does not reach the intended address due to an incorrect shipping address, further shipping fees will be calculated.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! For Australian orders over $140, I will shout you free standard shipping :). This is automatically processed at check out - no code needed.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are made and packaged in my Sydney Studio. Please allow between 2-6 business days for dispatch. Both domestic and international orders include a tracking number which will be updated upon dispatch.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping can take between 1 and 10 business days to reach Australian addresses. Express Post will arrive the following business day after dispatch. This is covered under the Australia Post Express Post Guarantee.
International shipping can take between 9 and 20 business days to reach the destination.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Unfortunately, I do not offer change-of-mind exchanges for all items. However, by stroke of bad luck you find a piece faulty, please contact me and we can discuss the best options.
Sale items are exempt from all returns as a condition of the sale.
